These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrackaCard ("we", "us", "our"), a price comparison service for trading card game products (Pokémon and other TCGs) sold at Canadian stores. By accessing or using TrackaCard you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, to use this service. Some features require you to sign in with a supported login provider.

The service applies per-user rate limits (e.g. searches per hour, active price alerts) to ensure fair access for all users. These limits may change as the service evolves. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.
TrackaCard aggregates prices from publicly available store websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information. Prices displayed may be outdated or incorrect, and product availability may change at any time. Always verify the final price, shipping cost, and availability on the retailer's website before purchasing. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer.
Price alerts are sent on a best-effort basis via Discord DM and/or email. We do not guarantee the delivery or timing of alert notifications. Alert delivery depends on third-party API availability and your notification settings.
TrackaCard is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, any other trading card game publisher, or any of the retailers whose prices we display. "Pokémon" and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. All other product names, trademarks, logos and images are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrackaCard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including any purchasing decision made based on price information shown, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our payment processor or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
